FAMILY TREE MAGAZINE:
Article by Rosemary Dixon-Smith
CHILD EMIGRANTS TO THE CAPE OF GOOD HOPE
This is a 2-part article on The Children's Friend Society by Rosemary Dixon-Smith appearing in Family Tree Magazine in July and August 2007.
Make a point of reading this article as it is very moving. Difficult enough being an emigrant as an adult, how much more difficult when an orphaned child.
Helen Tovey, Editor of the Family Tree Magazine, has done us proud in the August 2007 issue of FTM by displaying a page from GENEALOGY WORLD (with Logo) on Page 12, and the Website URL in an attention getting circle on Page 15.
Kind regards,
Delyse Brown
