He was submitted to hospital at Heilbron on the 6th February & was transferred on the 8th February. In the upper jaw 9 teeth are absent and in the lower right. His teeth have got worse on the march and his condition is the result of service. The rations.. have aggravated the conditions of his teeth. His disability is not permanent. Medical treatment: Rest in bed on plain milk diet chlorine mixture of Quinine. Discharged as permanently unfit for service
